Are you a factory or a trading company?
HC-Mold International Co., Limited manufactures in Chang’an, Dongguan with in-house CNC, tooling and molding capacity. Partner processes, when used, stay under our project ownership and quality gates.
How fast is a quote?
Complete RFQ packages (files, material, volume, finish, ship-to) typically receive quotes within 24 hours. Multi-process or unclear drawings may need a staged clarification first — we will say so instead of guessing.
What MOQs should I expect?
CNC and many prototypes often start at 1 piece. Molding commonly lands in the hundreds to low thousands depending on tool class and resin. Share annual demand so we recommend an honest route.
How do you handle IP?
NDA / IP terms can be completed before deep drawing review. Files are used for quoting and manufacturing only under agreed terms.
Which quality system do you run?
ISO 9001:2015 with incoming checks, in-process inspection and outgoing reports. Dimensional data is available when drawings mark critical features.
