3-/4-/5-axis programs for pockets, contours and multi-face features
HC-Mold capability · Dongguan
HC-Mold cuts metal and plastic parts on a multi-axis CNC floor inside our Chang’an, Dongguan campus. Programs start at a single validation piece and stay under the same ISO 9001:2015 route when you release bridge or production quantities — so you do not re-qualify a second shop mid-project.

Lathe and mill-turn work for shafts, bushings and concentric features
First-article and lot checks against the dimensions you mark critical
Everyday stock: 6061 / 7075 aluminum, 304 / 316 stainless, mild and selected tool steels, brass, copper, POM, ABS, PC, nylon. PEEK, titanium and specialty grades are quoted after drawing review — we do not invent capacity we cannot run.
STEP/IGES/PDF drawings, material callout, volume band, finish target and ship-to region.
Engineering review with process recommendation, risk notes and lead-time options — no instant-CAD black box.
In-process checks, outgoing reports and export packaging from the Chang’an campus.
Many features land in ±0.02–0.05 mm with standard fixturing. Tighter bands are possible when geometry, cutter access and inspection method support them — mark CTQ dimensions on the drawing so we quote the right process, not a blanket promise.
Common aluminum, stainless, mild steel, brass, copper and shop plastics (POM, ABS, PC, nylon) cover most RFQs. Exotic or certified lots are sourced to your callout before kickoff.
Yes. Many plastic housings begin as CNC or printed masters, then transfer into soft or steel tools in the same plant once cosmetics and volume justify tooling.
Soft tools through hardened production molds, with DFM, mold trials and export packing from one Dongguan factory.
Laser cutting, CNC bending, punching, welding and finishing for enclosures, brackets and short-run fabrications.
Plastic and metal additive builds for form/fit reviews, fixtures and early geometry that is hard to machine.
