Precision CNC Machining in Dongguan

HC-Mold cuts metal and plastic parts on a multi-axis CNC floor inside our Chang’an, Dongguan campus. Programs start at a single validation piece and stay under the same ISO 9001:2015 route when you release bridge or production quantities — so you do not re-qualify a second shop mid-project.

How HC-Mold runs this work

  • Milling and turning cells for prismatic housings, brackets, fixtures and turned shafts
  • Prototype release from 1 piece; scheduled lots when drawings and inspection plans freeze
  • Secondary routes: anodize, plate, powder coat, bead blast, passivate and light assembly

FAQ — CNC Machining

What tolerance band should I expect?

Many features land in ±0.02–0.05 mm with standard fixturing. Tighter bands are possible when geometry, cutter access and inspection method support them — mark CTQ dimensions on the drawing so we quote the right process, not a blanket promise.

Which alloys and plastics do you keep ready?

Common aluminum, stainless, mild steel, brass, copper and shop plastics (POM, ABS, PC, nylon) cover most RFQs. Exotic or certified lots are sourced to your callout before kickoff.

Can CNC parts move into molding later?

Yes. Many plastic housings begin as CNC or printed masters, then transfer into soft or steel tools in the same plant once cosmetics and volume justify tooling.
