Surface Finishing for OEM Cosmetics

Finish is part of the manufacturing plan at HC-Mold, not a last-minute vendor chase. Mechanical and cosmetic finishes are sequenced with CNC, molding or sheet so assemblies meet the look and corrosion bar you specify.

How HC-Mold runs this work

  • Anodize and hardcoat for aluminum wear and appearance
  • Powder coat, wet paint and plating pathways for metal fabrications
  • Bead blast, polish and mold-texture prep for machined or molded faces

FAQ — Surface Finishing

Can you match a Pantone or physical sample?

Yes for many coatings and molded colors. Send a chip or calibrated photo with lighting notes; we confirm achievable Delta-E or visual agreement before mass run.

Do you finish only parts you make?

Priority is parts manufactured here. Outside finishing of customer-supplied parts is discussed case by case when process control can be maintained.
